You then have three options: 1) set a date for your FREE initial consultation; 2) schedule to start the 3 session Special Introductory Offer; 3) schedule your first training session. top Once I begin, am I obligated to continue? No, you are never under any obligation to continue unless you have actually scheduled a session or sessions. See cancellation policy detailed below. top Payment can be made at any time up to and including the end of the session. Payment options vary from paying for one session at a time to purchasing session packages. top You must cancel any scheduled session more than 48 hours in advance or you are responsible to pay fully for that session. top What happens if I am late for a session? James is not obligated to make up time due to a client's lateness. More than 20 minutes lateness constitutes a cancellation and James is not obligated to perform the session. In most cases James will wait and work with you for the remaining time. But this is solely on his discretion. In either case you will be charged fully for the session. James is however understanding and flexible. top James is based in Marbella Southern Spain. James will travel between Benalmadena and Gibraltar, session fees will reflect the time/distance involved. If you live outside of these areas please contact James to see if he can work with you in your area. top FREQUENCY AND DURATION How often do I need to workout? This question can only be answered effectively after your initial consultation. It depends upon your current fitness, goals, schedule, budget and James availability. You may need to work with James four days a week, but only have the time or budget for two days a week. In this instance James will create a personalised program that you can perform on your own for the days that you cannot work with him. This, of course, necessitates your willingness to implement such a program. top I lack the motivation to train on my own, but I want to make my health a long-term commitment. How long will James work with me? Some of James’ trainer/client relationships extend over many years. Once your original goal has been achieved, you will find yourself highlighting further areas of your lifestyle that you wish to change or enhance. Your development is constantly evolving and James will create an environment enabling you to attain and maintain long-term lifestyle changes. top I can exercise on my own, but I need to know what to do and how to exercise correctly. Will James still work with me on this basis? Yes. James will evaluate you, assess your needs, and work with you over a number of sessions to teach you the exercises necessary for you to achieve your goals. You will then be presented with a personalised program for you to perform on your own. The number of sessions required depends upon your current fitness, how quickly you master the movements and your budget. You can always schedule an additional session or sessions later for a refresher or to develop your program. Once registered, James is always available for follow-up phone or email questions at no additional charge. top ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS I have tried everything, but I still can't lose weight. Is there anything you can do for me? Body fat reduction is the single most requested goal of people approaching James for advice. James will work with you on an effective diet and fat-burning exercise program and will discuss how long you need to sustain this program to achieve results. James will then help you to attain the discipline and motivation to carry it out. top I've been working out on my own for a long time, but have stopped making any muscle gain. Can you help me? Yes. Most people who have been working out on their own for a long period of time eventually hit a plateau and stop making gains in muscle mass. Even taking genetic factors into account, in most cases this is due an inability by someone to push themselves to greater heights in their workouts and/or to find new types of routines. Without eating right and varying your routines, gains will not be made. James has trained clients just like you for many years, and will reveal his secrets to ensure you escape your rut. top We are only a Sunday league team. Is there any value in James teaching us to train like professionals? Yes. It’s not a case of training harder, it’s about training smarter. James will show your team how to prepare properly for the match. From the foods you eat to the pre-match warm-up drills and stretches, James will ensure that your team is ready for success. top I do hundreds of sit-ups but still don’t have a six-pack. What am I doing wrong? For the most part "definition" of abs is accomplished the same way that "definition" of any other body part is accomplished: by losing the fat that obscures the muscle and by building the muscle. Losing fat is achieved through highly personalized and specific diet and exercise, not abdominal crunches (or sit ups). But even if you lose the fat, to see a nicely developed six-pack the ab muscles need to be developed. James will develop a highly personalized routine to help you reveal your potential to the world. Any questions are welcome. There are many variables including your specific starting point, genetics, and metabolism as well as your consistency, commitment and time you are willing to put into training. Your results will mirror the effort you put into your training and diet. James can provide programs that are designed to work very quickly, but involve extremely stringent dieting and training. Generally James suggests that, if you are starting from a very low level of fitness, you take it slower at the beginning so you can condition your body gradually to a training program. You want to be fit and healthy for your lifetime not just the next few weeks. top I like the sound of workouts at home, but I don't have any equipment. Will I be able to accomplish anything? Yes. You’ll be amazed by what you can achieve with no equipment. Also, you will be introduced to a range of excellent home equipment, including resistance bands, ankle weights, dumbbells, fit-balls and other easily stored, inexpensive, yet effective items. Remember, the most important ingredient in changing your body is desire, motivation, and commitment. If you possess these qualities, the rest will fall into place. One hour session - €60 One hour Initial evaluation/consultation “FREE” 3 session SPECIAL TRIAL OFFER for first time clients - €150 payable in advance 12 session package - €5 off each session, a saving of €60 24 session package - €10 off each session, a saving of €240 session packages are payable in advance and are only available for clients training alone. One hour session with two or more clients training at one time: €40 each client. Fees available on request for large groups or sports teams/clubs, international travel and TV/media work.
